Casey Bokhoven, age 26, was violently struck and killed by a pickup truck driven by drunk news anchor, Tolly Carr, as he was standing on a sidewalk across the street from his home in Winston-Salem, NC, March 11, 2007. Tolly Carr ultimately pled guilty to felony death by motor vehicle and is serving 25-39 months in a medium security prison for Casey's death.
I have a website called The Last Show that is dedicated to Casey. It features those lost in alcohol related incidents and those who are left behind to grieve for them.
