I'm struggling to fight for the return of my daughter Michaela-Lei who was taken by the family courts & handed over to a seemingly undetectable psychopath (my mother).

I will never give up the fight and I will never stop trying to prevent such injustices from occurring as commonly as they do in Australia and in particular through the Newcastle Court System.

I administer a not for profit organisation in which Our PRIORITIES are working for the groups that require the help that constantly falls upon deaf ears.

First thing you need to know in Family Court is its the balance of probabilities - like civil court - so if you only have a little truth against a whole heap of shit, well guess what - you're fucked.

Second thing you need to know is - about Legal Aid PAID Solicitors - like DENNIS & TERRY HANNIGAN from AUBREY BROWN WYONG - is they will work for their financial gain and not for you and your child. Meaning, having a bullshit case (like mine) thrown out of court is not on the cards - they won't even want to put in drug tests you have proving you don't smoke drugs - it is more financial for them to make the matter last right until final orders - that way they get to make ten thousand dollars instead of a piddly $750.

Then when your child is being abused by the now AVO'd custodian, and you keep asking for their help they will not bring the matter to the attention of the courts - because they don't get paid for that.

BEWARE ALL FAMILIIES USING A LEGAL AID "PAID" SOLICITOR. This means a solicitor who does not work for legal aid but will accept their payments instead.
