@psokid15 thats true, Navy boot camp is probably one of the easiest in the military, just because their job doesnt require as much physical activity. SEALs are a different story though.

ok this is what i call complete bull shit, i doubt your gonna be able to stick two fingers in someones throat if they have the intent to kill, and thats obviously the only time you would need defense against that choke because thats the choke that says "im freakin pissed and ima rip your head off"
