Open minded, sort of otaku, dork and foodie (you already know) open to anything (I love learning anything new and especially when others share there passions and I learn why they are passionate and support them more often than not)... so I try everything once I guess.
I'm an huge FOODIE! I love cooking, reading food related blogs, reading on how to improve my cooking and technique, researching other cultures from culinary perspectives, chatting with other foodies, grocery shopping, blogging about my cooking (at my blog nathanscomida.blogspot.com)
I also enjoy spending time with friends,socializing, wish I could more. Love to learn new things (I said that already I know) from others good and bad ;)
