About this user
Natalises musical and artistic journey has taken a variety of adventurous paths. Beginning with piano lessons at the age of three, dance at seven, singing in the church choir at eight, she then auditioned and began training at the renown San Francisco Conservatory of Music at age twelve, where she began her journey to become an accomplished classically trained pianist and vocalist. Unbeknownst to her opera coach, she also had a secret fascination with Sarah Vaughn, which came to surface when he saw her perform as a vocalist for a local big band. Natalise, however, soon found greatest solace and inspiration in writing her own songs on the piano.
While attending Stanford University (from which she graduated in three years with high honors) she simultaneously recorded and released an album on her own independent label which became a hit on San Francisco radio.
Natalise has performed at various colleges like Columbia, Stanford, and UCLA, and club venues all across the U.S., including the Viper Room and the House of Blues. Her songs have been featured on television shows on MTV, VH1, and The WB.
Currently, Natalise is working on a new album of original songs. She cites Coldplay and Queen as influences, with whom she shares a love for the piano and a passion for the heartfelt and dramatic.
She is a self-admitted & obsessed Tetris playing nerd.
