Nassiri, is an international songwriter, recording artist and philanthropist, and is dedicated to spreading a message of peace, love and healing through music. His songs are an eclectic mix of melodies, which transcend all ages, genders and religions to bring love, peace, hope and unity to the world. Nassiri recently completed his second album, "Now's the Time," a compilation of 16 brand new songs that touch the heart of many of today's sensitive issues. From the title track, Now's the Time, an anthem for people of the world to come together in peace, love and harmony, to "Mother Nature," a beautiful song that addresses the importance of taking care of our planet, to "We Are Brothers," an anthem for peace in the Middle East, to "Yes We Can," a tribute to the political activists and spiritual leaders of the past and present who all at one time or another said, "Yes We Can!" Including President Obama, Nelson Mandela, John Lennon, Ghandi, and Martin Luther King to name a few... Nassiri's philosophy is that music is a force that can heal us. However, music from the past will often only invoke past emotions. It's important for every human being to not live in the past, or the future, but to live in the present moment! New music allows our consciousness of being to do just that. To live in the present so that we may allow our souls and our being to achieve their highest levels of happiness and fulfillment. Nassiri believes that music heals, that it creates positive energy in an around us, and that it can save cultures and societies from every remote village to every large city around the world if people can just allow themselves to experience the positive vibrations that occur when we listen to positive music. This is why he has dedicated his life to the creation of such music, because positive music can affect all of us in a unique, spiritual, healing, and uplifting way...if we allow it too.
