Since OTHER people doing pushups is so cool, lol, it was only fair I give it a whirl. The longest I'd ever done the pushup hold before this was 35 seconds, but I was pretty sure I had a bit more in the tank. So i went for 45. Did I make it? Stay tuned!
Everyone else out there, give this a shot! I encourage video responses. As others have noted, it's a lot harder than it looks. By the way, I am not competing against anyone out there. I'm no athlete, and don't claim to be. So, negative comments or unsupported boasts (meaning NO VIDEO!) will be deleted.
