Here are my favorite amp settings that sound like Slash of Guns N' Roses ...

Treble- 4.5
Bass-7
Mid-7
Reverb- Full (All the way up on my amp)
Drive- 9 (varies with amp)
I have a spider III 15 watt and this sounds great with my guitar with the rhythm/neck pickup with the tone rolled down to 0.
