David you do not know what you are talking about. We had the Cyprus mine on Tohono O'dham land (it was just reclaimed after years), the Phelps Dodge/Freeport Sierrita mine is doing a voluntary program. Twin Buttes was also under survailance and Phelps Dodge paid air violations, that were purposed...
