Back to my point about the uppercut watch how your coach does his,he doesnt turn the front leg heel out the same as you do,thats good to do on the hook but not for the uppercut, keep your weight on the front leg for the uppercut...

  To help with your punches have a look at the way you stand and compare it to your coaches,if you adjust your width a bit it will help with the left uppercut and hook.
