15 years ago today, on the weekend of the 10th and 11th August 1996, Oasis played their first of two sell-out dates at Knebworth.
The two gigs broke box office records when one in every 20 people in the UK applied for tickets. They have since gone into the history books as era-defining concerts.
The gigs came during Oasis' world tour for '(What's The Story) Morning Glory?' which has sold a staggering 14 million copies worldwide, 4.2 of which are in the UK alone. In 2010 it won the Brit Award for The Best Album Of The Past 30 Years.
Whilst the gigs have never been officially released the Knebworth bootlegs have become legendary amongst fans, many of which can be found here on YouTube.
An official clip of 'Champagne Supernova' featuring John Squire on guitar was released with the limited edition version of 'Stop The Clocks'.
