I think you would want more powder in summer to avoid the sweat and excess oil from making your face shine so quickly. In winter when the air is drier and you don't sweat, then you can go for minimal powder to maintain that dewey look. Not that what you did looked bad, but that's how I work :)

@alherlop I'm not sure if you have the boutique Kookai where you live, but that's where it's from. I think Etsy.com has a lot of cute makeup bags in similar patterns and everything if you have a look :) Don't quote me on that though!
