@Jaimegirl96 For starters, its Bob Mintzer, you shouldn't tell him how to do anything. Next, if he's getting a fairly good sound, why change it? The only reason concert flute players do it is to improve their tone and air flow.

Nice rendition. This is one one of my favorite melodies of all time. Especially enjoy the major 6th leap towards the end of the "chorus". One of the defining characteristics of this melody.
