The National Association of Broadcasters has recently engaged 3 Ring Circus, the Hollywood based creative agency to create a series of television spots to raise awareness of the DTV transition date change to June 12, 2009. The newly created campaign provides viewers with multiple spots featuring information about antennas, converter boxes, scanning, and overall "how-to" insight.
