To check the tire for nails etc...slide a bunched up shop rag throughout the inside of the tire. It will snag on anything that would puncture the tube, and will sure save your fingers!

The idle circuit is restricted. the valves are good. Do a complete carb rebuild and it will run fine. Did you ever change the oil since your last video? It was full of fuel.

The float is full of fuel, the crankcase is full of fuel, If you keep running it you will wash the engine and ruin it. Fix the carb, install a inline shut off valve, and drain crankcase and put in fresh oil.
