Moving from music to film, Peyton has charted a unique creative course. Peyton's production, writing, and arranging skills contributed to many music hits. (including Peyton's own #1 charting AC release, "Latitude, 40 Degrees North") In the 80's and 90's Peyton worked with artists including James Brown, Melba Moore, Nona Hendrix, Levon Helm's, and Dan Hartman. Peyton has written underscore music for Friends, the Smithsonian, PBS "Nature" series, and many TV productions and jingles.

In 1991 Peyton founded EarthFlight Media, a multi media production and music company that combined his passion for flying, filming, and music.
