@Applebaum Why does everyone say that Nina Simone wrote the song and was the first to sing it. It was written (not by her) for a play and the first singer was an actor named Cy Grant. I'd actually say that the best version was Muse's followed by Michael Buble's.

I completely agree with #1 but Jurassic Park should have been on the list and in the top 10 at least. And Tron (the original) should have been in the top 20. Both movies had a pretty huge impact on special effects in movies today. And both were a lot better than Dune and E.T.

I wonder why Atlas Shrugged isn't out of print yet. It's the worst book ever written.

I think the original is better. Both lack a good story but Tron has a, um, heart that Legacy doesn't.

Considering that the version of the original Star Wars seen on TV these days is the one that was remastered by George Lucas, the special effects in this movie aren't that bad.

@PurpleMoonYef According to Wikipedia, Akira (the manga) was released between the December of 1982 and 1990. The anime was released in 1988. Blade Runner was released in the June of 1982. And Wikipedia NEVER lies.

As much as I like the Diamond and Pearl soundtrack, I'm going to have to say this one's better. It kind of makes me want to actually get one of the games.

In terms of animation, How to Train Your Dragon is still superior to this. Anyone else think her eyes look like googly eyes? And the environment in HTTYD looks slightly more realistic as well.

Where did you get those numbers? The numbers for the Wii are right but Xbox 360 sold over 55 million and the PS3 over 50 million.
