This is axle back exhaust only, everything else is stock. The HP gains are decent, maybe 5-10HP, but I never dynoed the car. The exhaust is loud, but it sounds great. The quality and fit is good. I think you should listen or ride in an M3 with any aftermarket exhaust before you deci...
