Hey All,
Everything is going great with my workouts and my eating. I'm using a bit of everything right now from the Kettlebell and DVDs to the Wii/Xbox for my workouts. I'm just 35lbs from my ultimate goal weight and I am going to reach it!!
It's time to get ready for Summer and stop wasting time!!
To lose weight and get healthy it takes 80% eating healthy and 20% working out, so keep both in balance!!
Remember the energy you use to lose is the same energy you use to maintain.

About Me:
During my first journey I was able to release over 30 lbs from 201 lbs and kept it release for a while. I stopped my journey for a minute because I had people tell me how good I looked and I thought that was enough, but I realized it wasn't and now I am ready to continue and this is a vlog of my journey to a better me! I will update my channel daily so that you can see my progress! I hope to reach my goal by using Supreme 90 Day, P90X, Turbo Fire, Insanity, The Gym and Exergames as well as eating healthy.
Getting to goal is about making good decisions and following through with them. Eating should not be a science, but common sense. Exercising should not be a chore, but enjoyable. Both should come as easy as brushing teeth.
Currently doing Supreme 90 Day and I will reach my goals I have attained for myself and will stop beating myself up about it.
