Melissa has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. She chose to pursue an education that would capture and fine tune this energy.

In 1990, she obtained a degree from the USC Business Entrepreneur School, which focused on Real Estate and Marketing.

Instead of jumping right into Real Estate in the 90's, Melissa tried various commission sales positions, then decided to embrace one of her passions and started her own Personal Training business. Fitness was always Melissa's passion and she believed she could change lives by helping people improve their health and fitness.

She was successful as a Personal Trainer and still keeps in touch with many of her clients whose lives she did change. She was living her passion, but she was not creating wealth. Her limitation was her constant struggle to stay afloat...and she realized that she was exchanging TIME for MONEY. This meant that she could only earn money from the amount of sessions with clients that she could fit into one day. Although she loved her experience as a trainer, looking back, she wishes she would've jumped into Real Estate back in the 90's with both feet. What happened in 1990? REAL ESTATE WAS ON SALE!! But Melissa did not have the Real Estate training or mentorship to realize this critical sign! She missed the opportunity in the 90's. In 2002 Melissa became a licensed Realtor and Mortgage Loan Consultant. In 2007, she completed advanced real estate investing training added real estate investing to her bag of tricks, connecting with numerous investors across the country.

She's helped many people invest in their futures, but as an Agent who was only relying on her own personal production (worrying about when the next deal was going to close, she realized that she was still exchanging TIME for MONEY...so her ability to create wealth was still limited to what SHE could create in a day. Melissa is passionate about helping others reach their dreams and truly believes that the vehicle to do so is through LEVERAGE.
