UB's Campus Dining & Shops hosts a Pride of New York food showcase. Students had the opportunity to sample food from local vendors. By buying local Campus Dining & Shops helps the local Western NY economy. Buying local is also a great way to help the environment by reducing the shipping of items. Produce and Dairy is also much fresher when it is purchased locally. (less info)
