Prince B Charles (formerly know as Braze'l) an up and coming artist harvested from the Royal streets of Flatbush, Brooklyn merges authenticity, aggression and shear royal definition to his craft. He unites an explosive fusion of music that is described and known by many to be a sound that is both massively energetic and soothing at the same time. This spoken word over music layering will instantly grab your attention from first bar. In the late 1990's Prince B Charles (BRAZE'L) professionally began recording with Track Masters affiliate, producer Kurt Gowdy. Adored by his colleagues for his magnificent writing and recording skills, Prince B recorded songs that quickly spread like "Army of the Lord" for this Israelite family. It was in the studio were he bonded with other young brothers collaborated and composed a rap group called "Kidz Gotta Eat". While he was in the group Prince B recorded numerous songs, and toured in The United States during the years of 2001 to 2003. In late 2003 Prince B decided to pursue a career in production, and departed from his brotherly group "Kidz Gotta Eat". He went to work with McFantasy Entertainment and soon was working on productions in independent film and music videos. While working at McFantancy Entertainment, Prince B quickly learned the ropes of the industry and before he knew it he was working with some of today's prominent artist. He has worked with the likings of Jermaine Dupri, Dem Franchise Boys, Fantasia, DJ Envy, Beenie Man, Jr. Reed, and BET's own Mad Linx, Big Daddy Kane, Dougie Fresh, Uncle Murda, Maino and many more. Never forgetting his past in music, in 2006 Prince B Charles went back to his musical roots, venturing back to a solo career recording and releasing songs that are now very popular, such as "Cruiser Music" and "Out the Hood". All current songs produced for his supposed freshman album with Just Blaze affiliate producer Snake Eyes (who also is now producing the "Diggy" Simmons project 2010). By this time with the experience built and a superior knowledge and network of the music industry a very close "mentor like" friend was murdered right after hanging out with Prince B. Traumatic indeed Prince B was forced to take a hiatus from everything to regain purpose and a higher quality of focus and determination. Exiting the USA and moving to family in Montreal QC Prince B met a beautiful woman who assisted him in his "revamping" period and soon after was introduced to some of the most talented artists and producers in the city. With Prince's "Know how" work ethic he soon orchestrated both a mixtape and Montreal based HIP HOP Documentary (MTL's Finest Mixtape and the QC's F.U.T.U.R.E Doc). These projects included a borage of Montreal's own artists DJ Crown, Pnoise, Laser Records affiliates(etc.) to even music and urban studies professors from McGill University and even the VP of SOCAN itself Ms. Stephanie Falco. As time and successes passed it was now time for Prince B to venture back home to Planet Brooklyn and become what he was destined to be. So who is Prince B Charles? One may ask. If you don't know by now, Prince B Charles defines "Ability". Prince B is a strong performer full of character waiting to display his positive charm, charisma and aggression as what he likes to call "Hood Royalty". His glimmering sometimes arrogant lyrics show that he has taken many lessons from some of the greatest musicians that have ever lived, which he is greatly inspired by. Prince B Charles aims to be that next musical genius taking the world by storm, leaving legendary footsteps for us to follow after in the name of music.
