"September Song" Radio
All "September Song", all the time. My parents (married in September) called this their song. I paid it no attention until I heard the uptempo Lou Reed cover on "Lost in the Stars". Later, I lived directly across the street from one of two carillons in Dallas. One evening I heard this song coming from the tower. I went to investigate. The carillon player and I became friends, and she even took my requests from time to time. I still marvel at the variety of artists who have embraced this song, and the wide range of approaches they have taken.
