When you meditate on it, line by line, you see the teachings of Christ so plainly displayed. Not divided or torn apart as if written by scribes. Plain, simple. Like early desert fathers would write about. Sometimes, the closer you get to the beginning, the more sense it makes.

One day we will see Him, face to face. Until then, I must make do with the sunrise, the sunset, the sound of babies, the barking of dogs, cooing of doves. To look beyond what we can build and see the true builder is a blessing hard to pass by.

What humanity is capable of is astounding. It knows no boundaries, not by language, color, race, value. It is good to be reminded of this from time to time.

In the mid-70's when music started to die and volume and light shows and costumes replaced skill and meaning, things have sure gone down hill but for a few exceptions. I miss the "old days".

There is so much going on down here to cause tears on the face of God. When this played, I could imagine those tears again, but with a smile on His face. Well done.

When this was played and sung, can you imagine the angels and heavenly hosts stopping, turning, looking down and listening? Can you see the tears of joy on the face of God? the smile on the face of Jesus? .... can you hear the voice of Jesus? It rocks through creation, in every breeze, every sing...

When I was a child, my grandmother used to tell me that rain was the tear drops of God over sins we have done. Later, my grandfather told me it was God's way of washing us clean.

He makes texting and cell phones and ipods and 3-D flat screen TV's so unimportant. God bless us all.
