MMA= mixed martial arts. basicaly a mixture of western boxing, muay tai kick boxing, jui jitsu , wrestling and what ever else is effective in a fight. used to be into alot, but i got REAL lazy, now i can barley run a few miles without gassing out. im getting back into it though.
