African American single divorced mother of 18 year-old son, disabled; primary diagnoses: NPSLE (neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosis- lupus with central nervous system involvement),FM(fibromyalgia),APS(antiphospholipid syndrome); secondary: bipolar, OCD(obsessive-compulsive disorder). Disabilities are both physical and neurological.

Besides the ubiquitous flu-like symptoms and constant disabling fatigue, I suffer uncontrollable pain. But my greatest challenge is the limitations and lack of control over my brain. My "thought processing" has been hi-jacked like a virus infected PC. All my previous data intact, but often inaccessible or crashing unexpectedly when I try to open too many files or execute a program.
