Michigan Youth Leadership (MYLead) is incorporated in the state of Michigan as a nonprofit organization for the purpose of developing leadership potential in the youth of Michigan. Our mission is to motivate and enable the youth of Michigan to continuously make a positive impact on their communities through leadership and service. The primary program offered by MYLead is an annual youth leadership conference. MYLead is operated entirely by volunteers; not a single member of our staff is paid. Our current volunteer base is comprised of more than 150 individuals, and is rapidly growing as we expand the conference to include more students, as well as increased programming components.
