@epiphaniesjuxtapozed, you're putting too much thought into this. It's a Scopitone. Scopitones were notorious for throwing in gratuitously under-dressed dancers who shook their groove things far more vigorously than the song called for. This one is just a tad more X-treme about it.
About myeckwaters's channel
I find it fascinating to watch how the nuke towers tend to sort of fold up at the top as they collapse. Never seen concrete do that before.
