About this user

For the majority of my life I have worked in restaurants, bars, and other service industry jobs. What I have learned in general is that a lot of people are impatient, rude and dopey.

In short, while you likely do not ride the short bus to work, a lot of customers tend to think you do or ought to. And after a day, a week or sometimes just an hour of this you start wondering WTF you were thinking when you took the
job, Heck, after a particularly rough altercatin you may even wonder if they are right and that a trained monkey could do your job better than you do.

I am here to say perish that thought!

If you are a waiter, bartender or other service monkey I want to share stories of the people I have met and how I have dealt with them, more or less successfully.
