My City is Rome is a brand new project started by five well known veterans of the Washington D.C. area music scene. Each member's history can be traced back to a number of well respected bands, each with a variety of their own impressive achievements in the local scene and beyond.

While on their separate paths to a career in music, each member obtained the hard earned knowledge of what does and doesn't work in the competitive music scene. They are now using those lessons and starting fresh with My City is Rome, utilizing each other's experience to form a new successful music project.

In the opening line to their newly released single, "Godspeed", vocalist Patrich Becker writes, "Another page has turned..." Another page has truly turned for the members of My City is Rome as they plan for an exciting, yet challenging road ahead.
