This is what i don't think is right. If a gymnast perfectly executes a vault, &sticks the landing, she deserves a PERFECT score. I don't like how just because someone does a 10x more difficult vault & FALLS that she is considered a better gymnast. They should just go back to the old code of point...

I agree. if it was going to be afight between Nastia & A chinese it should've been yang yilin. I thought her routine was wonderful.

@jovani2293 she did get hit hard, but that doesn't mean that they disagree with it. Yes she did get hit hard, it was a lower score, but yes it was fair, they weren't saying that it wasnt.

@sus611611 shawn didn't stick her dismount on vault. Shawn doesn't have as difficult a routine as Nastia. Nastia is very clean in her routine.

@morenodelaorilla i think that the Chinese aren't graceful, & throw hard skills that don't need to be thrown, & than they make mistakes because they're too hard to throw. It had nothing to do with it. Nastia is an Amazing gymnast, she deserved that gold medal

muscle kips and casts to handstands it's not graceful, it's actually quite ugly. if you remember the team final from 2004 in athens, Carly Patterson had to muscle up a kip & cast to handstand, & as much as Carly is an amazing gymnast, it didn't look pretty. Gymnastics is supposed to look Pretty. ...
