My Care Journey™ is a community of family caregivers of elderly and aging parents and loved ones, gathering together to learn, share and support one another in our common journey.

My Care Journey is dedicated to those selfless members of the family providing care and assistance for spouses, parents and other extended family members who are in need of support because of age, debilitating medical conditions, chronic injury, long term illness, or disability. Led by our eldercare advocate and champion, Bart Mindszenthy, we want to empower caregivers to take a proactive role in the care of their loved ones.

Family caregivers are the invisible backbone of the health and long term care system in Canada. With the existing health human resource shortages and a growing aging population in Canada, the contribution of caregivers is essential.

My Care Journey (www.mycarejourney.com) provides our Canadian caregivers with a wealth of sound and reliable advice and information and an opportunity to share stories, experiences, strength and hope with other caregivers.
