I have the dvd and it's awesome!!! She spends time showing you the dance broken down into various sections and even provides intermediate and advance changes.
Everything was explained and she showed you the movements facing you and then turning to the back so you can follow her .

This was awesome to watch!!! She is just so in tune with her sword ... I couldn't believe how wonderful this dance was to watch!!!!
