youtube blocks videos at random, it can be when the video is uploaded or years later, and it does not really matter what the content is (I have had one pokemon video taken down a year after uploading it, but none of the rest threatened; I have had one batman video blocked in one country, but no other countries, six months after uploading it, and the rest of my batman videos are fine))
