@smiddy700 awd gives a certain amount of power where it it needed, 4wd bring power either left or right, front or back to keep it in simple terms, tecnicly a 4wd only powers 3 wheels at a time and a awd drive always has power on all wheels and gives more power to where its needed.

i'd take awd over rwd anyday, i like the handling and traction off the line, however i only drive and evo and the only racing i do is on the streets. i agree about that rwd has a lot of advantage too when it comes to high speed etc.. awd for life

@freeridin4ever a yz 250 as a lighter feeling than your crf250r however they are really close to the same weight. the yz250 frame is actually one of the best frame in my opinion.
