@presidentkennedy They were just different after Brian died. He was a phenomenal musician but so was Mick Taylor. While he might have put the finishing touches on the Stones' work, he wasn't "it". Jagger/Richards were the magic behind the band.

@EveryMn But his amp hasn't been recorded the same way for the last 10 years. I'm sure Pete has had the best guitar tone possible for the last 40 years but the records haven't always done them justice, specifically live cuts.

@CaptainHookVII Except that Edge isn't a virtuoso and doesn't want to be. And he mostly uses 3/16th delay. I'm pretty sure EVH is using 1/4th delay.

@DauntlessPT Ray Manzaric(sp?) is one of rock's best keyboardists of all time. Some people like it, some don't. But it belongs regardless.

I always love hearing U2, especially deep tracks. I wish this thing did 3/16 delays. It would make any post-1984 U2 riffs more accurate.
