Most of the video clips in this channel, are taken with ordinary HANDHELD amateur 8 mm film and video cameras. Mainly during travels or special events. They were only meant as a private, souvenir enabling to revive the journey a second time at home. Notice that the filming of a few minutes handheld, at a minimum acceptable quality level, required many hours of camera standby position, and a lot of sweat and effort. Because some of these images still may interest other people, they were re-edited and uploaded in YouTube, as time fades away the tapes, and they will end in trash sooner or later.
The value of such amateur tapes is, in my opinion, that they give a REAL view of what a REAL traveler saw or could see. In great contrast with the professional 'Multicolor Panorama Screen' media documents, filmed with million dollar crews, from helicopters and from all possible view angles, that no living soul can reach. Those are great to watch from your easy chair, but are more related to 'the Hollywood Show' than with Reality!
