@screwu18 They made the interior much wider. They also got rid of the Coronet and introduced low priced baseline models, as this was the only intermediate Dodge two door.

@halo9449 I used to prefer the '68, but as I get older I like the '71 more as well. The late sixties had lots of build quality issues as well. It was also much roomier inside and the driving position was much better.
