About Me:

Nothing ever gives me more pleasure than to entertain my audience and to make them happy. During the past few years, I had the honor to perform at a number of concerts in the United States. I had the videos of some of the performances (except for a couple that were recorded in Kolkata , India,) sitting on my shelf accumulating dust. At the request of many of my admirers, I, most humbly, venture to put on You Tube a few of the timeless songs I grew up with. A couple of universities' music departments also hosted my lecture/concert, hence English interpretation in some of the songs. I admit, they are by no means perfect; and are not nearly as good as studio recordings. Despite all the inevitable shortfalls of live recordings, if any of you enjoy the songs, and some maestros of the tabla, I shall be extremely honored and grateful.
