Musical by David Livianu & other delightful mom...

David B. Livianu was born in Bucharest, Romania, on July 14, 1955. He has studied piano since the age of 5 under the guidance of his father, Dorel Livianu, a renowned singer of Romanian and Jewish music.
In 1967 he moved with his parents to America, settling down in Brooklyn, New York. David studied at the Bucharest Conservatory of Music „Ciprian Porumbescu between 1976 and 1980. In 1981 he entered the presitgious Masters program the at the Juilliard School in New York City with a full scholarship, studying composition with avangarde composer Milton Babbitt. His works were performed at the Juilliard School and he accompanied his father in numerous concerts in Israel, Romania and the United States.
