Using a double gearing system and a spring that will rewind itself you can make a bike go perpetually. Also you can make a lever like structure to make it go without anyone pumping it

You can get something like this into motion using a simple lever device something like a pump- The bike then would go without anyone pumping it or electricity.

done if you can picture it? If you do this on a bike once you pump the bike it will go

until you stop it.
