What I don't get is why they aren't removing them in a systematic way. They are just so random. Start on one side and remove ALL of them, people. Don't skip around and miss some of them!

That doesn't look sebaceous to me. I think it was a spider bite, which is why it is hurting him. Sebaceous cysts rarely hurt, and the material that comes out of them doesn't look like that. It's not bloody all the way through.

He needs to go to a doctor and get the sac excised. Otherwise, It's just going to keep coming back like it did this time.
