After serving twenty years in police work, I retired as a detective. I am now a personal trainer with my company being called Garan Fitness Consulting, as well as owning a private gym for my client's called the Metal Shop Gym. I have been training people since 1995, with certifications through O.P.O.T.A, Nautilus, and the ISSA.
I live in Kent with my wife Melanie. Also part of the family ay my dogs Gus, and Brindy, and my cats Frank, Jones, and Demi, and Mason. My hobbies include rugby, model railroading, and traveling.
