About Multimedia CIT Cork Ireland
The four year BA (Hons.) in Multimedia degree looks at communication from a different perspective involving aspects of visual communication and design, but also addressing communication in a cultural, technological and business sense. Subjects such as Systems Development and Multimedia Technology sit side-by-side with Media & Culture, and Marketing & Enterprise. Students learn to express creative ideas in an innovative manner, utilizing the power of digital technologies to present those ideas in audio-visual form using text, photography, video, sound and computer technologies. There are approximately 20 full-time students on this course for this course. The course is also delivered under a franchise agreement in Germany by Fachhocschule Darmstadt providing opportunities for staff and students to exchange and collaborate on an international level.
