Mu Dong Kung Fu is a Taoist Martial Art originating from the Mu Dong Mountain Regions of Hubei, China. This internal style of Chinese kung fu was first brought to North America by Grandmaster Sam Wong in 1959. Today, Mu Dong Kung Fu is practised by many martial artists and there are schools located globally.

i did mu dong gung fu in Greece, at the acedemy and they changed it back to the place in the gym next door though, wich is good because there are more mirrors
