Could you include a diagram of the stirling engine in the video so we can reproduce it.
Had you considered welding a thick steel plate to the top in order to increase the surface area which can be exposed to the fresnel lens and increase the thermal inertia which would act like a thermal flywheel evening out the performance in fluctuating conditions.
