I developed tinnitus after a tonsillectomy at age 16, and TMJ not long after. It has gotten worse over the years. I am now 53 and have eagles syndrome symptoms that tend to occur from over-stretched ligaments; damaged ligaments tend to calcify and cause a myriad of problems.

There is strong correlation with current low fat/non fat diets, vegetarianism, and overall light eating. A natural diet lacking in folic acid and B12 is particularly impacting; supplementation is not the answer, and is never an appropriate substitute for traditional, nourishing food.
