Cops are not always on duty. If they go into a store not on there shift with there badge they can arrest you, but if they don't have the badge then they can make a citizens arrest if they want too or call they sheriffs deptament or 911.

97 Expedition on 24's with 4 Fosgate P3's on a 500/1 JL AMP
This is my 1997 Ford Eddie Bauer Expedition. Sittin on 24" rims, With 4 Rockford Fosgate P3's and 1 JL Audio 500/1 slash amp.

Either you are missing some speakers or you need a alot more power. If you have 4 p3d415's thats 500watts each x 4=2000w mininum. I'd would put like 750watts each for good measure =3000watts.
I have 3 p3d415's in my yukon and I could hurt you half way up. and jl amps work on a strange ohms scale....
