@sspope B/C the LSX engines are not really aftermarket. They are all built and designed by the GM Performance division of GM, the same division that designed the magnetic ride shocks, LS9 ZR1 engine, etc. Basically, these engines can only be bought from GM.

@sspope i have jet to hear a GM v8 that sounds like a vacuum cleaner, and i've worked on em for years....lol
But AMG motors do sound pretty good...but i have yet to see a euro v8 make more power than a GM motor naturally aspirated

@05EVORS why would GM put awd on the vette? its not its heritage at all. The vette has always been a light weight sports car ( now supercar) with a big displacement v8 and rwd.
