I was ahead of my time back in 1985 when I began video taping Sesame Street skits. Back then, I was 17 and wanted to capture memories I had 12 years earlier when I was 5 and watched SS when I got home from kindergarten. I did this for 3 years. I didn't know at the time that S.S. would quit airing all these classics about two years after I quit recording. If I had known, I would have collected a lot more than I did. Now, a new generation of kids can watch the old Sesame Street.

Nonsensical, rude, and/or stupid comments will be deleted. Comments with swearing will be deleted and the user blocked. Spamming porn sites and/or leaving obscene comments will not be tolerated at all. Not only will it be deleted immediately and the user blocked but I will do everything in my power to get the user suspended from Youtube! I've learned how to do it and I've done it many times!

Imagine the sleaze bags that would swear or post porn sites on SESAME STREET videos, where MANY kids watch!
About Me:

I'm an easy going conservative guy who is just trying to earn a living.
Country:
United States
Occupation:
Sales
Interests:
Watching political shows and visiting all my nieces and nephews! Baseball is also big in my family and I am a Red Sox fan.
Movies:
Jaws, A Few Good Men and many action movies are my favorites. The Incredible Hulk and All in the Family are my all time favorite TV shows. I find Curb your Enthusiasm very funny but it gets too raunchy sometimes, which is a turnoff. Of course, Sesame Street (old school), The Electric Company, The Night Stalker, The Six Million Dollar Man and Land of the Giants are my favorite nostalgic shows from the past. Gilligan's Island and the Brady Bunch are my two most watched shows when I was growing up. They both just had that certain chemistry to them that make them VERY nostalgic. Also, when I was a little kid in the mid to late 70's, my favorite Saturday shows were Land of the Lost, Bugs Bunny hour and SHAZAM. Other shows I find very funny are The Simpsons, King of the Hill and Faulty Towers. I also got VERY into 'The Three Stooges' when I was about 16.
Music:
Soft rock from the 60's, 70's and early 80's. The Beatles, The Who and The Monkees are my top three favorite groups in that order.

These are bringing back so many memories. Now I'm passing them on to my little girl. I think classic SS was brilliant, it was a unique time in children's education, so creative and really funny! And treated children as intelligent beings. I love it. Thank you for saving all this awesomeness for people like me :-)

Very cool channel. The tunes in this era was real music (Joe Raposo). I don't move without hearing a song from SS.
